Movement & Activity

Walking Football:

A slower-paced version of the beautiful game of football for those seeking a low-impact activity. Ideal for over 50s but open to all abilities and ages. These fun and sociable sessions encourage physical activity, healthy competition, and connection with others.

It may be that you haven’t played for some time, but all of the skills you have learned will come flooding back or you may have never played before and this could be your chance to learn.

We currently offer three weekly sessions; Wednesday evenings from 6-7pm at Huntington Secondary School, as well as Monday and Thursday mornings from 10-11am at Burnholme Community Hub. £6 per space payable by card.

Participants must register at their first session and will received a loyalty card for 1 free session for every 10 attended.
